Refund Policy

Because our products are instant digital downloads, we can't "take back" a file. But we want you to get what you paid for.

Our promise

If, within 14 days of purchase, a file won't open, is damaged, or is materially different from its product page, email hello@sostren.com with your order email and a short description. We will fix the problem or send a replacement. If we can't, we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Not covered

• Change of mind after downloading
• Software not listed as compatible on the product page (for example Apple Numbers for our spreadsheets)
• Outcomes that depend on you or third parties (tax results, Medicare decisions, job interviews or offers)

Duplicate purchases

Bought the same product twice by mistake? Email us and we'll refund the duplicate.

How refunds are processed

Refunds are issued through Stripe to your original payment method and usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. Your right to statutory remedies under local consumer law is not affected.
